Once your payment received in our account we will make your product ready to dispatch within 3-4 days. Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination from 5-7 days for major countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances.

You can track your shipment using our website page which is very easy to operate. We are sending you a link to track your shipment after your order is confirmed.

Yes. Most of our orders ship internationally. We have our customers from all around the world, we ship them confidently.

If you received something faulty, broken or not received as we mentioned, you are welcomed to return the product in the original state as you received the product within 15 days. In some cases customers are asked to pay postage charges where there is no fault in our product.

International Customers are asked check their package carefully before returning something back to us as the postage charges are much higher than local postage and the customer may required to pay the dual postage charges.

Delivery charges are not refunded as they are not included in every package. Sometimes your get free delivery from us and sometimes you have to pay the delivery charges. We do not collect delivery charges, DHL receives your money and they provide you delivery service.
